These terms govern your use of DENTINHO at dentinho.co.uk. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
DENTINHO is a personal dental health companion for recording and managing dental charts, treatments, appointments, costs, documents and reminders. It is provided for personal, non-commercial record-keeping.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Family-plan account holders are responsible for information entered about their household members.
3. Subscriptions and payments
The Free plan is supported by advertising. Standard and Family plans are paid subscriptions billed through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Payment is handled by Wix’s secure checkout; subscription fees recur until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the app. Charges below the minimum permitted by the payment provider are not supported.
4. Advertising
The Free plan displays ads through Google AdSense. Ads do not appear on Standard or Family plans, and are never shown in health records, your dental chart, treatment history, symptoms or emergency information. Ad serving respects the consent signal from Google’s Privacy & Messaging consent experience, with personalised advertising used only where you have given the required consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, enter unlawful or infringing content, attempt to access other users’ data, or disrupt the platform. You retain ownership of the information you enter and are responsible for its accuracy.
6. Medical disclaimer
DENTINHO is a record-keeping tool and does not provide medical or dental advice. See our Disclaimer. Always consult a qualified dentist for diagnosis and treatment.
7. Intellectual property
DENTINHO, its branding and software are owned by us. You own the dental information you enter and may export or delete it.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important records.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
